AWARD WINNING BESPOKE HANDMADE CHOCOLATE
Bonbonniere announced winners of the prestigious HEART of ENGLAND fine foods (HEFF) Diamond Awards for 2009. A select group of 40 industry representatives accepted the challenge to blind-taste and evaluate a range of regional produce. The Diamond Award judges included buyers from independent stores, multiple retailers, leading food halls, top chefs, restaurateurs, delicatessen owners, food writers and more.
